The City of Toronto will determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes such content.
- Entries must be submitted online. No mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered entries will be accepted.
- Entrants (and all of the members of the entrant’s group, small business, or organization, and any nominators) must be the original author of all of your video content, use material in the public domain, or have permission to use any copyright protected material that is included in your video entry.

Videos longer than 95 seconds will not be accepted.
- The winner in each award category will be determined by a combination of public votes and judges' scores. Public voting will account for 49% of an entrant’s score and the judges' scores will account for 51% of the total score.
- Votes will be audited. Fraudulent voting activities including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to vote for a video more than once per day will not be tolerated. Fraudulent votes will not count towards an entry’s final score. The City of Toronto reserves the right to adjust vote totals should fraudulent voting activity be identified.
